Yoav Katz in collusion with his client Ilona Ely Freedman Grenadier Heckman and David Grenadier in the Obstruction of Justice. According to his wife Mrs. Katz – Mr. Yoav Katz and his company had been demanded to Produce documents ignored the Subpoena and was out of the Country. Mr. Katz had been served properly and the documentation was filed with the City of Alexandria Courts. Mr. Katz or David Grenadier and his lawyers had plenty of time to file any objections. Instead they ignored the Rules and Laws of the State of Virginia. Mr. Katz needs to be held in contempt and to have his professional License revoked for his blatant disrespect to this court and the Laws.
Mrs Katz informed Janice Wolk Grenadier -
1. That the company did not have any of the documents,
2. that they do not use computers,
3. that they do not keep documents
The questions then become
1. The tax returns Mr. Katz did were on a computer in as early as 1988 – so were are those records
2. Is Mr. Katz in collusion with Ilona and David to cover up the money she stole from Sonia Grenadier through her law firm and Janice Wolk Grenadier?
3. Did the money stolen from her law firm and accounted for by Mr. Katz following document –
4. Does Mr. Katz not keep documentation that the IRS requires on purpose?
5. Is Mr. Katz traveling outside the country and keep accounts outside the country.

To include all tax returns and addendums of Ilona Ely Freedman Grenadier Heckman, Jerry Heckman, David Mark Grenadier, and all returns that mentioned any of the above properties from 1978 till July 12, 2013. You are commanded to make available the documents and tangible things designated and described above to Janice Wolk Grenadier at the offices of Yoav Katz on August 7 & 8, 2013 from 9 am – 5pm at the 4601 Montgomery Ave, Suite 250, Bethesda, Md. 20814 office to permit Plaintiff or someone acting in Plaintiffs behalf to inspect, copy, test or sample such tangible things in your possession, custody or control.
